Detailed design for a 20 lot residential subdivision including earthworks, stormwater drainage and water and sewer reticulation.
Dump Ezy provides campers within the Cooloola National Park a clean user-friendly discharge point for portable toilets. Projex Partners alongside Future Plus Environmental provided the design and contract administration for the project. The facility includes underground sewer holding tanks, elevated water tank, solar powered water pump and high water alarm system. Site accessibility, very poor ground conditions and ongoing wet weather were some of the challenges overcome during the delivery of the project for Queensland Parks and Wildlife Services.
Projex Partners was engaged by Morayfield Property Developments for the design and documentation of operational works plans associated with the 116 residential unit development at Caboolture River Road.
The operational works application included stormwater design, earthworks, Stormwater Management Plan, water and sewer connections, application to Council/ Unity Water and external channelised urban intersection design.
Projex Partners was engaged by Mackay Regional Council for the design and documentation of underground stormwater drainage and watermain with associated service connections within Paulette Street, between Nebo Road and Field Street.
The associated engineering works included the design and documentation for new trunk stormwater drainage and new upgraded watermain and the assessment of the contributing catchments and the associated flows determined for a 5 year ARI. The design took into account the ultimate future road widths and clearances required to future infrastructure.
