LOCAL engineering firm Projex Partners has relocated their business to larger premises in the ANZ Bank building on Aerodrome Road Maroochydore in order to meet the growing demands of their business.

The lease deal was negotiated by Jason O’Meara of Savills.

Managing Director Jeffrey Bess said relocating to new premises would accommodate their projected business growth while also recognising Maroochydore as the centre of the Sunshine Coast and as the region’s principal activity centre.

“We’ve been delighted with our growth over the past few years,” Mr Bess said, “and we are thankful to the Sunshine Coast region for the opportunities that have underpinned our business’s success so far”.

“We are currently assisting with the delivery of services for the new Maroochydore CSO (former Horton Park Golf Course) through designing new roads and intersections that provide the necessary access to the future city centre. It’s an exciting project for the whole region and it’s great that our team can offer their vast expertise,” he said.

Projex Partners will be located at 135 Horton Parade, Maroochydore (widely known as The ANZ Building) from February 1 2016.

Jason O’Meara of Savills said the new space ticked a number of boxes for Projex Partners in terms of modern space, modified functional fitout with room for growth and being closer to key clients in the Maroochydore CBD.
